1. Delivery Options & Charges

FREE Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan (unless specified otherwise during promotional periods).
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online payments (Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash).

2. Processing & Delivery Timeline

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 6 working days.
Order Confirmation: Orders placed with Cash on Delivery will be confirmed via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call before dispatch.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or Email. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment status in real time.

4. Important Delivery Guidelines

Please ensure that your full address, contact number, and nearest landmark are correctly provided at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
Courier riders will make up to 2–3 attempts to deliver your parcel. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order and pay the cash amount.
