- Undergarment products should be inspected immediately upon delivery.
- Claims regarding incorrect, damaged, or defective undergarment items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

- Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
- Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may have future COD privileges restricted.
