8. Failed Delivery Attempts

10. Undergarment Products

For hygiene reasons:

  • Undergarment products should be inspected immediately upon delivery.
  • Claims regarding incorrect, damaged, or defective undergarment items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may have future COD privileges restricted.
