3. Orders and Cash on Delivery (COD)

Order Confirmation: Placing an order on Fausa Apex constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to verification via call or WhatsApp.
Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, customers agree to pay the full invoice amount upon delivery by the courier agent.
Fake/Unverified Orders: Providing incorrect delivery details, bogus addresses, or refusing parcel delivery without valid reasons may result in permanent blacklisting of your mobile number and address from future purchases.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines across Pakistan usually range from 3 to 5 business days.
Unexpected delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or local disruptions are beyond our direct control, but our support team will actively assist you in tracking your shipment.
